COVID VACCINATION

Are you worried about getting vaccination?

​

You can talk to us today and we are happy to work with you.

​

We offer the following support:

  • Offer assistance, where needed, to access information about vaccination from reliable and trusted sources, such as your GP

  • Provide active support to you in making an appointment and to attend vaccination appointments with you.

​

 

Vaccinations can be booked by visiting the COVID-19 Vaccine Clinic Finder | Australian Government Department of Health or by contacting the National Coronavirus and COVID-19 Vaccination Helpline on 1800 020 080. The Welcome to the Disability Gateway | Disability Gateway is now also assisting people with disability that might need help to book a COVID-19 vaccine.

With our Supported Independent living, we support you to increase your skills and capacity and you can get help whenever you need it.

We provide accommodation for participants who require specialist housing solutions, including to assist with the delivery of supports that cater for their extreme functional impairment or very high support needs.Our accommodation cater for the following design categories:

2. Fully accessible
3. Robust
4. High physical Support

Whatever your situation, we will find you the suitable accommodation. We will work with you in ensuring you achieve your goal by supporting you with social and recreational activities.

We are able to work with you to plan, schedule and develop creative activities. 

Some of our activities include: Horse riding, Bowling, Sporting games, shopping, concert and theater, drumming, local sight seeing and attractions, Day trip to beach, events or city.

Specialist Disability Accommodation

​

Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) is a range of purpose built housing designed for NDIS participants with extreme functional impairment or very high support needs.

SDA has accessible features to help residents live more independently and have better access to supports in their home.
 

The followings eligibility criteria are applicable to SDA Participants:

  • The Participants have an extreme functional impairment or very high support needs

  • Participants have a reasonable and necessary need for SDA.
